Royal Armouries Leeds New Crossbow Range

We have just provided all the equipment for the newly renovated crossbow range at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds. They have had a shooting gallery for many years but it needed a facelift and they came to us for equipment and advice.

They chose target models with a draw weight of 40lb; these are ideal for shooting when the distance available is limited. Firing at an impactor target with net backing gives a thrilling but safe indoor range. The new range is visually stunning and a real hit with visitors who love the realistic crossbow shooting experience.

During the school holidays the range is in constant use from the Museum opening at 10am to closing at 5pm, with many visitors returning several times during their visit. The crossbow range is just one of many reasons to visit this fantastic museum and as a national museum admission is FREE!
