1. We are so confident about our crossbows & archery equipment that we offer a no questions asked refund. If you are not completely happy that your crossbow or bow is not up to the description or you have simply changed your mind you can return it to us sealed in it's original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the crossbow or bow price.
2. Should the crossbow or bow be faulty at any time during the first 12 months you can return it to us and we will repair or organise a replacement.
3. We supply the highest quality compound crossbows, recurve crossbows & pistol crossbows from the best archery and crossbow suppliers like Armex, Barnett, Bowtech Excalibur, Horton, Kasu, Nemesis & Tenpoint. We understand an occasional crossbow may be faulty but our guarantee to you is that we will repair or replace any faulty crossbow within the first 12 months should the problem be a fault and not wear & tear.
Be very careful where you purchase your crossbow, there are sites that offer great prices but your order is sent to you from outside of the UK which means when it enters the UK you must pay the duty and v.a.t (sometimes 50% of the value of the items) this then makes your purchase rather expensive. Remenber if it looks too good to be true it usually is!
