The Apex Light-40 shares all the same rugged characteristics as all Excalibur’s high-end hunting crossbows. However with its light smooth draw weight of 40 pounds, the Apex Light-40 is the perfect crossbow for youth programs, tourist resorts and amusement parks.
The Apex Light-40 has a 40-pound draw weight with a power stroke of 11.8" producing speeds up to 160 fps. Other features include a rear peep sight and an adjustable front sight, manual safety, machined precision trigger unit, Dacron string and all the rugged features you've come to expect in an Excalibur crossbow.
